Image 1/1: Gently remove back cover
  • Slide back cover down with hand in the direction of the arrow on the cover

  • Gently remove back cover

  • Remove the battery by inserting the plastic opening tool into the groove and gently prying it out

  • Remove all of the screws on the back of the phone using a Phillips head screw driver

  • Slide out the SIM card from the phone

  • Using the plastic opening tool, pry off the shell of the phone, revealing the motherboard

Image 1/2: Starting at the top left corner of the screen (with phone face down),  insert your plastic opening tool and work down the left side. Image 2/2: The screen should be loose now making it possible to remove it from the case by hand (try not to touch the actual screen, only the side or back).
  • Using the plastic opening tool, gently pry the motherboard out (while doing this be sure not to pull on the mother board as it is attached to the touch screen)

  • Starting at the top left corner of the screen (with phone face down), insert your plastic opening tool and work down the left side.

  • The screen should be loose now making it possible to remove it from the case by hand (try not to touch the actual screen, only the side or back).

  • This completes the tear down of your LG-T310 Cookie
