Okay, since my joke teardown actually got approved by the friendly ifixit staff, I think I have to be serious for just a moment.

The HTC One Mini is a glued and latched together mess of parts and wires.

Replacing any component in the phone requires a near complete disassembly of the device.

My job is repairing phones and tablets, and HTC is consistenly the most frustrating brand to work with.

I'm not saying it's impossible to repair it, but it is extremely difficult, and even if you are highly skilled you are very likely to irreversibly damage one or more or all of the components.
