Cut the adhesive label down the seam of the battery case. Do not cut down into the case as puncturing the battery will cause a fire. Separate the two plastic case shells to expose the battery inside.

With tools and Fix Kits
Desolder the two battery tabs with black and white wires connected to them. Do not short the battery cells or the metallic contacts on the internal PCB.
