My Problem
The phone started acting strange = the battery would charge fully but then wouldn't b charged - my wife's phone - she used one of those "Dock Connector" Lanyards --
My Fix
the step by step instructions we clear and easy to follow - it was a little tricky to get the new dock connector in place and puting the speaker enclosure back was touchy --
My Advice
GO Slowy putting things back -- would have been nice if I had know there was adhesive under protective back on the new part -- I noticed the the clear plastice covering and figured it out - but the instructions didn't mention it
