If you can't fixit you do not own it!

My Problem

Because in Sweden the apple support guys wanted 1700sek in order to diagnose it, it would take a week and then they wanted me to rent a computer meanwhile. I asked them to order the trackpad and return to me when they got it. I also offered to do pre payment for the work, but they wouldn't.

My Fix

Smooth - it's an awkward machine to disassemble but the guide was awesome!

My Advice

Be veeeeery careful with the flip-locks on micro connectors, they are even more fragile than in other micro electronics.
