My Problem
My HHD die on me and it was time to change it, and since the SSD are giving more space I decided to just put the SSD 1T on the iMac and spare the live of the DVD player... and yes I did not use the Optical drive Bay, but may be eventually I'll use it for a second SSD and expand memory of my mac...
My Fix
1st of all, delivery is *!&$!&$^ FAST, BUT I MEAN FAAAAST, it was next day delivery, considering I live in Montreal...
It went relatively well, the only bump on the road was, it brooke one the Phillips screw bit at the tip, may be that batch did not pass thru QA and they where in a bad shape, anyways for the rest it went as expected and now I have a hell of a machine
My Advice
Plan ahead on the investment, computers for me are an essential tool to make a living.
