my fan sounds like a 747 takeoff

My Problem

fans was making clicking noises, then i tried to manually clean out some of the dust. then the fan started making really loud noises, like a jet taking off. the computer started overheating and performing poorly too.

My Fix

went exactly as ifixit said. thanks for providing all the info in one place. that's really convenient.
