My Problem
My battery wasn't holding a charge and would shut off at around 40%.
My Fix
It went well... minus the sticky substance on the back of the original battery being super strong. It took me about 45 minutes to complete with about 30 of it spent trying to remove the original battery without damaging the device.
My Advice
The pictures on Step 13 of the guide made me confused with the initial direction to use the clearish plastic pull tab before attempting to pry the original battery from the phone.
Try using the pull tab first to help loosen the sticky stuff from the back of the original battery before doing the prying with the plastic tool.
