Just wanted selective boot between native OSX and vmware ESXi (as virtualized infrastructure) on my mini

My Advice
For the geeks out there who planning to do this - Follow the guide doesn't ruin your fun (trust me, I'm one among geek too!)
For not so geek ppl out there as well - The guide will cover you (and you mini) pretty good, just keep calm and follow the guide carefully
Also in the step to put back 1st HDD back in place, i've found out 1 simple tip to make it easier. Just tilt your mini in the way that mount hole is at the bottom (so you just have to aim and let gravity help in put HDD down to mount hole) :)
