It died (RROD).

It came back to life.
My Advice
If you're attempting to reflow the board simply using a heat gun, be very careful not to overheat the board. I saw the board beginning to flex and immediately stopped what I was doing and let it cool down to the point it laid flat again. Three cycles of this and I put it back together.
