My Problem
After 2yrs of using the iphone the home button starting not to respond. Sometime it will take a couple hard pressing for the home button to respond. So i decided to order the home button from ifixit and replace it myseft. I was interesting to take the iphone apart and see how it was build.
My Fix
It took me about 45min from start to finish. Thanks to ifixit and for their guide. The iphone home button is now working like new after the replacement.
My Advice
For those that want to get it a try. Please take your time to read through the guide and make you fully understand what you are doing before you start taking the iphone aparts. Make a checklist as you remove the screws. This will help you after you replaced the bad parts and reassmebly your iphone back together.
