Nexus 4 Screen Replacement

My Problem

I dropped my phone and my screen broke

My Fix

Opening the phone is very difficult, using the spudger and the plastic opening tools helps a lot. The rest of the dissassembly and reassembly is quite straightforward.

My Advice

Be VERY careful when ungluing the battery, I used a metal screwdriver and the side of it broke a hole in the battery. Use only wide plastic tools so the pressure spreads around.
