My Problem
Machine made terrible sounds that seemed to be the fans (Optical and Hard Drive seemed to be working fine).
My Fix
Very easy. I was a little nervous about the connectors but with the correct soft tool they came apart with no problem.
Replacing both fans and major vacuuming took about 30 minutes.
My Advice
Get the right tools, take your time and don't force anything. The unibody MacBook Pros are very easy to work on.
