My Problem
My screen was complete broken with chunks of glass missing
My Fix
The first screen that was sent to me had broken glass, however I called customer service and they immediately sent out a replacement no problem. The guy I talked to was uber nice and helpful!
My Advice
When installing a new screen be very careful of the digitizer plug! The wire on my 2nd replacement screen split because I installed it wrong. After ordering another screen, the replacement finally worked.
