My Problem
Dropped my phone once too many times. Broke the glass.
My Fix
My fault. I ordered the wrong panel assembly. But I learned how to disassemble and reassemble the parts. Ordered the right parts and a few tools. Easy repair. Unfortunately, I left the inner plastic skin on the glass. It doesn't seem to interfere with anything though so I may leave well enough alone.
My Advice
Make a finger tab on the inner glass protector so it can be pulled off before assembly.
