Busted Battery

My Problem

My sister-in-law sent me her iPod Touch that wouldn't power on.

My Fix

The repair went great! After measuring the voltages on the old battery, I determined it was kaput and swapped in the new one.

My Advice

The iFixit magnetic parts mat was a godsend. I've experienced far too many casualties after sneezing and sending my screws soaring into the carpet. Never again...
