Novice beginning his tech journey

My Problem

The problem was this - I needed tools for my A+ Certification course.

I tried another source and received the wrong tools! Not good at all when your class requires computer tear downs and your just holding a screwdriver!

I did some further research and contacted ifixit directly via email. The customer service was superb! The gentlemen guided me down the right path and even gave me a student discount! Thank you!

Now in class I'm no longer the laughing pun. People try to use my tools all the time!

My Fix

Excellent! Nothing is together anymore.. Lol

My Advice

The only advice would be is to have a tool kit for basic A+Certification tools containing a static mat as well, not separate.
