Changing out a MacBook Pro 15" (Model A1211) Keyboard:

My Problem

I was trying to repair the hard drive on a Macbook Pro using some system commands when I realized the keys were not working. So this is when I knew I needed a new keyboard.

My Fix

The repair went great with the help of the guides ifixit offers. Without it I would have been clueless. Thanks for the great tutorial guides!

My Advice

Always look at the guides when installing new hardware. It makes it much easier, even if you have done this before in previous models. Things change!
