iPhone 4 cracked screen repair

My Problem

2 weeks into contract, my wife dropped her phone on concrete and the screen cracked. Phone was still operational, but with cracked glass, usage was very minimal. AT&T wanted $500 to replace with a new phone since promotional price upgrade was not applicable.

My Fix

slow and steady, when reassembling, there was some challenge around getting the logic board back into place and all the connectors snapped in.

My Advice

Step 17 had great advice on the little rubber piece that falls out when disassembling the logic board from the case.
