My Problem
in Mid-August the 2006 iMac won’t start after it shut down, no noise, no light, zero response.
My Fix
the hardest thing is wait for the backorder, it took me a 3 months wait, something like waiting for a transplant. I replaced the hard drive before, so the repair part is nothing new to me, take about 30 to 40 minutes to complete the process
My Advice
Follow the step by step pictures from this site, no rushing, put on some music for your soul probably help.
