My Problem
Shattered front screen and dim LCD so I told them I could get parts and switch it to white front as well.
My Fix
Went well I did not use the heat gun on this one as I did on previous iphone 3gs. I use a razor that one gets in home depot 2cm by 4cm. Saw a video on youtube of a person feature on cnn a while ago and use his method and it works well. Fast too.
My Advice
wear some type of glove to protect from glass.
