The Kit with Glass, adhesive and all tools needed was $39. The Apple Genius wanted $99 No Brainer
My Fix
It went great with NO problems, took my time and viewed and reviewed the video guides multiple times.
My Advice
Use a lipped light colored tray with a tight weave material to keep screws and parts accessible and organized
