My Problem
battery in phone was only supporting the phone down to 85% before shutting off. Had to charge with 2.1a or it would do nothing at all. Before the 11.3 update, the phone was so slow I was about to throw it away.
My Fix
Great tools. Good instructions. Battery adhesive broke instead of coming off clean, so the old battery had to be pried out and looked pretty bad afterwards.
Once the new battery was in, everything worked great again! Checked with a battery app and it said zero cycles and tip top shape. Very happy so far.
My Advice
Do it now!
