My Problem
The problem is the NOOK HD...what a RIP-OFF! Barely used, yet when not in use, battery dies...after stressing on how to open this item, finally ordered tool....worked great, the tool that is...NOT the Nook...more $$$$ down the drain...#buyingbooksinstead
My Fix
The replacement of BRAND NEW BATTERY was the hardest and most annoying thing I have experienced in quite awhile. 2000 itty bitty screws AFTER prying the Nook apart, only to have the Nook NOT WORK!!! UGH!!
My Advice
Tell people who want to replace the battery, to just BUY REAL BOOKS!!! That's what I intend to do...very very disgusted w/NOOK HD....
