My Fix
So much easier than I thought it was going to be! Incredible! The first 11 steps of the procedure I could do in about 10 seconds, after that it's all about keeping track of the screws, plates, and ribbon order.
Easy as pie!

My Advice
My quick tip for keeping track of the tiny screws (my fix required keeping track of 9) was to use sticky notes. You simply take a single note off the pad, flip it over with adhesive side UP, write down the position or color coding of the screw placement on the paper, and then put the screw heads on the adhesive. They will stick straight up and they won't bounce around or get easily lost! When it's time to use them again, take your tweezers, pluck them off the paper, and put them where they go!
