My Problem
Old battery would not keep charge.
My Fix
It was easy up to the point of removing the battery.
My Advice
Make sure you warm the back of the device using a hair dryer. Make sure you grab the right part of the adhesive strip. There is a small piece that runs over the top of the battery as well that looks just like the adhesive. I thought I was pulling the adhesive but I was yanking on the battery cover. If all else fails take some good dental floss and snake it underneath sliding it back and forth (while keeping it warm with a hair dryer) until the battery comes loose.
