Broken Headphone Jack

My Problem

While I was on a trip, the tip of my headphone jack broke off in my laptop. I heard about the GripStick tool so, I ordered one as soon a I returned.

My Fix

The repair was fine. It took some strong taps on the GripStock but I got it in and the broken tip out of my computer.

My Advice

When inserting the GripStick, you "may" need to tap it a bit, but not to hard, to get the tool over the broken jack. I finally managed to get in and get the broken part out so it worked perfectly.
