The IPhone Battery That Couldn't

My Problem

Since receiving the latest update from Apple, my old iPhone battery would drain within 1 hour of being off a charger. I need my phone for work and one of the IT guys told me about Ifixit.

My Fix

The repair was really easy to do at home. YouTube has very easy to follow repair videos, and the repair only took a few minutes. The new battery works well and has saved me time and money compared to taking it into the store or finding someone to do it.

My Advice

Either buy the tool kit included or go to Home Depot and buy their repair kit. The screws are really small and you will need the specialized tools.
