My Fix

Good. Forgot to connect the LCD cable on reassembly, then forgot to push in the cables hard enough, so had to take back apart twice! But was pretty easy in the end.

My Advice

Use a heat gun. You'll figure out how hot to heat it to, and you probably won't break anything.
