My Problem

charging wasn't working, tried to clean it but still didn't work.

My Fix

very hard, pulling the plug out( were the port was located at) was difficult, and putting it back was worse, and putting the tapes back in was extra challenging.

My Advice

use the right tools. I bought the correct tool kit. in addition I used tweezers, and in the end I got R done. very happy with IFIXIT.
