My Problem
Bluetooth was very spotty and GPS was totally off to a point it was unusable. Could not use Navigation.
My Fix
I followed the instructions on ifixit.com closely, but also watched other tutorials to really know my way around inside the iPhone 6.
Staying organized is key! I took a sheet of paper and took notes of which screws I took out and what step and where they go. I took my time and it took barely over one hour.
My Advice
Stay calm, take your time, stay organized, follow the instructions, don't think you know it better. Take a breath if a plug or connector doesn't want to click right away. Those things are tricky to get to stay in place on the first try.
