My Problem
Somehow my LCD screen had gotten broken. I wish I had some cool story, but I literally have no idea.
My Fix
I’ve never done anything like this, but I figured it was worth a $23 investment for a new LCD screen and two tools as opposed to spending several hundred dollars on a new GoPro. Worst case, I’d be in the exact same position if I couldn’t fix it. I LOVED the repair guide with detailed step-by-step instructions and real photos for each step.
My Advice
If I can do it, so can you! Think twice about tossing your broken electronics and come to iFixit first. Now I want to see what else I can fix. :) Also, spending $3 on two plastic tools is worth it!
