My Problem
The glass was chipping away, exposing the camera and almost the LCD and speaker, not to mention the slight spiderwebbing across the screen.
My Fix
The repair went pretty smoothly, nothing too difficult.
My Advice
Plan also on moving the original home button over to the new screen. It didn't take much more time but I was just about to put everything back together when I realized that I had to remove and attach the home button. Also, I'm not sure that the new screen has a light sensor. Since I replaced the screen, there has been no auto-brghtness adjusting with that setting turned on. So be mindful of that. It's not the end of the world, but it was a little disappointing that the new display doesn't support that feature. Other than that, everything seems to be good as new!
