I got my speed back!

My Problem

My battery was dying fast, especially in the cold! The phone was running noticeably slower.

My Fix

The repair was fine except I lost one screw and I thought the replacement gasket was really tough to align.

My Advice

Put all the parts you remove behind your work area, not in front. I think I accidentally swept a screw off the table with my shirt sleeve!
