My Problem
My wife spilled a mug of team on her machine resulting in battery damage.
My Fix
My repair package was missing the tweezers and I only had 3 of the 4 torx bits. Fortunately have another repair kit from iFixit and was able to complete the job with hinderance. The replacement went smoothly. However whenever the laptop is used for more than 5 minutes the fan runs at max speed though the machine isn't hot itself. It doesn't run on start up only once its been on for a short while. Otherwise happy with the guide and part which is preforming admirably.
My Advice
Use magnets to keep all the tiny screws safe and sound!
