My Advice

The sticker that held the old battery down broke within a few seconds of trying to remove it. It was stuck very well to the phone frame. So I pulled up the end of the battery near the cable end attached to the battery (just a little bit) to get at the sticker adhesive tape. I used the plunger and my fingers (they are big) and start to peel away the sticker from the phone. Just to make sure the phone is flat on the table at all times other wise you can worp the case. Well, one sticker was able to be removed but the other one would not budge. So I ended up lifting the loose side of the battery and pulling it away from the case. Again keeping the case flat with table at all times.
