My Problem
Phone would suddenly warn low battery and shut off. I would plug it in to charge and it would show 45% battery.
My Fix
Took a little longer that I thought it should.
My Advice
I found that to start unscrewing the little screws, I had to put a bit of pressure on them to loosen them up. Maybe the battery could be warmed up before starting the adhesive removal.
