My Problem
The center button on the thumb wheel was stuck down is what started this.
My Fix
The repairs went great, the rubber block under the button had slid off to one side. Repositioning the block solved the problem. While it was open I ordered a new battery and installed per the instructions here.
My Advice
PATIENTS and a good magnifying glass.
