Broken screen.

No issues whatsoever. It only takes about 20-30 minutes. The step by step guide and video was perfect!
My Advice
Maybe a smaller suction cup. I replaced two screens and they were both cracked and broken on the bottom of the phone. This made it very difficult for the suction cup to have enough suction to get the screen up enough to get the tool inside to lift the screen.
