My Problem
Sister dropped her screen and shattered it in multiple spots. It was missing large chunks of glass and the innards were exposed.
My Fix
The repair went extremely well. It was my first iPhone 6 but not my first rodeo with Apple. The new part actually fit better than the original.
My Advice
I would definitely recommend buying the full display assembly. The time and sanity saved by not having to switch all the components over is totally worth the extra cash. And use the guides to remember your screw placements.
