Battery needs heat to soften adhesive... if the pulls break.

My Problem

Since I was replacing the cracked screen, I figured I would also replace the battery.

My Fix

The battery was harder to remove than I thought because the adhesive pulls broke, but with a hair dryer and a credit card... I managed to pry it loose without damage.

My Advice

Try to keep the adhesive pulls in tact.
