My Advice
You have to dedicate time and concentrate on what you are doing not to commit irreversible mistakes. Have the right Very Good Quality tools to do the work like the iFixit tools i bought from Frys Electronics in Northgate for my repairs. The tools i have has multi use, not only for cellphones u can also use it for laptops tablets and any other gadget or appliance you have at home that needs precision tools to take apart.
