My Problem
My wife got a new phone and I took her old one, the only problem was right before she upgraded she dropped the old phone and put some pretty major cracks in the screen. So to ifixit I went!
My Fix
The parts are tiny, so I took care to separate the tiny parts and screws and followed the directions carefully and in about an hour I had a functioning phone again. The only challenge I ran into is when I realized that I hadn't ordered a replacement screen with a home button. I had to take the old home button of the old phone which was much more challenging.
My Advice
Order a screen with a home button!
