My Problem
I have kids and despite my best efforts to protect them, screens do not have long life spans in my house.
My Fix
Easier the second go around but it's not terrible.
My Advice
The trick in the guide of taping the cracked screen pieces ahead of removal is a must. i have done it both ways and taping the screen first saved about an hour of picking out little pieces of glass from the old glues trips.
Also, if the digitizer ribbon cable is not perfectly seated, you will get an issue where it seems to work, but swiping in some directions or clicking on some areas of the screen isn't responsive.
