My Problem
GPS did not work at all on the phone. Bluetooth was intermittent and had very limited range.
My Fix
Piece of cake! I panicked a little at first when the phone did not turn on after initial reassembly, but after taking the screen off again, I quickly found that I had not adequately connected one of the display connectors. After getting everything connected and back together, the phone works great.
My Advice
Keep track of screws - mark out a box for each step on a piece of paper and put the right screws in the right box to make reassembly super fast.
You'll need a very small flathead screwdriver (not included in the toolkit).
