My Problem
Digitizer was cracked.
My Fix
Repair went well. I had ordered a cheap screen elsewhere and had touch issues after installation. The first digitizer from iFixit had a torn cable. After a quick call to customer support, they sent me a new digitizer and didn't require me to send the old one back. After installing the digitizer, I have accurate touch and home button response and no ghost touching.
My Advice
Don't try to save a few bucks by going with a cheap replacement, iFixit has quality digitizers and is worth the marginal price increase over competitors.
