My Problem
A friends MacBook Air had been for a drink and no longer powered on.
My Fix
Simple, with the right tools, attention to detail, patience and the correct guidance. We were lucky the IO board was the only part damaged by liquid. We also replaced the flex cable which had a red dot underneath (assume this is a liquid sensor apple use for warranty as the replacement was white) to be safe!
My Advice
Have everything needed to complete the guide ready before you start. Follow the steps in order and check you've completed them before moving on to the next.
