Wow, that was easy.

My Problem

My 3+ year old battery barely held a charge, and shut off with no warnings.

My Fix

Easy peasy with the repair guide. Everything went exactly as the guide outlined, and all the tools in the kit were exactly what was needed. The replacement battery is working well. The new battery's connector cable was just a fraction of a millimeter longer on one side, so it required a bit of gentle persuasion to get the screw holes to line up. I have a lot of tools, but I'm glad I just bought the kit.

My Advice

It was a little unclear which direction to pull on the two speaker connectors to release them. They look like they should be pulled in one direction, and the pictures were a little ambiguous. They pull straight up from the board, but the connectors to me look like they should pull parallel to the board.
