My Problem
Unit would not power on or charge
My Fix
Smooth except for plugging the smaller ribbon cable back in. That is short and there is little room for small pliers
My Advice
Do not try to pull the three wire plug straight out. Follow the guide and push down on it. There are pins keeping it from being pulled straight out. For the narrow ribbon cable, use a very thin pliers or straighten it out and push the motherboard down on it while bracing the back of the ribbon with a narrow screwdriver to keep it from bending. It took me quite a number of tried to get it to slip in
