My Problem
My iPhone 6 battery wasn't holding a charge. After 2.5 years of constant use the battery needed to be replaced.
My Fix
The instructions on the iFixit page were easy to understand and the comments helped a lot as well. The instructions are really for the screen replacement so if you only need to replace the battery the instructions can be abridged. I had done the whole operation in about 10 minutes
My Advice
Read all the comments so you know what you are getting into as well as advice as to properly set up your work space and what cables,/clips you need to be careful of
